WHAT IS NEEDED FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES
- An array of services for children and their families developed in each community to serve children in school, in foster care, in the juvenile justice system or do not fall into any particular category.
- This array to be developed through partnerships of public and private providers and other creative service provision.
- Specialized array of services for children and families would include:
