Additional Mental Health Services
The SORT program for treatment of sexual offenders began in March 2001 at Brunswick; the capacity of the program is 120 inmates.
SORT targets medium- to high-risk inmates within 2 to 3 years of their scheduled release from the institution.
Mental health services are provided by qualified mental health professionals on a contractual basis.
