Grant Outline
The Targeted Capacity Expansion (TCE) Grant was awarded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) which is a division of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
The award amount is approximately $300,000 per year, renewable for 2 additional years.
10 grants were awarded to different localities, each with with a unique diversion and treatment model.
