Representatives from the DOC, DMHMRSAS and CSBs should meet to develop a draft interagency agreement between the DOC and DMHMRSAS, and to review and refine procedures for discharge planning for individuals released from DOC facilities who require mental health, mental retardation and/or substance abuse services from Community Services Boards or other community providers.
