The Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services will:

• Collaborate with DOC to develop appropriate release plans for each offender civilly committed to DMHMRSAS

• Collaborate with DMHMRSAS and CSBs to support effective release planning for offenders to be released to the community and in need of services from the CSBs
