What are the LMPs for this unconstrained case?
Remember, in an unconstrained system the location marginal price is equal to the bid price of the last unit used to meet load.
In this case the Alta unit, with a bid price of $14/MWh, is the marginal unit. Therefore, the LMPs at all buses are $14.
