Officers of the Virginia militia. Allows the officers of the Virginia Women's Institute for Leadership at Mary Baldwin College to be commissioned officers of the Virginia militia. In addition, the bill allows the Governor the authority to commission professors at the Virginia Women's Institute for Leadership at Mary Baldwin College, and for those persons so commissioned to hold such commissions for as long as they are officers.
