Staff Proposals for completion of S & T Task Force work

8/12/98: Stakeholders and interested parties present narrative restructuring plans, identifying key areas of consensus and disagreement among all plans submitted. Staff provides draft Staff Matrix summarizing positions on key issues, as contained in narrative plans.

Not later than Tuesday, 8/25/98, stakeholders and interested parties submit (i) suggested modifications to Staff Matrix, and (ii) short summary of key areas of consensus and disagreement among all plans submitted, offering ways to reconcile differences, whenever possible.

Not later than Tuesday, 9/8/98, staff to post draft task force report to joint subcommittee which will include (i) an updated Staff Matrix, and (ii) Overview of areas of consensus and disagreement on key issues concerning structure and transition.

On or about Friday, 9/11/98, Task Force meets to review and critique draft task force report. Task Force directs staff to incorporate any necessary changes and concludes its work.

Wednesday, 9/23/98, Task Force report presented to full joint subcommittee at its meeting in Roanoke.
