DEQ has voluntarily conducted multi-source ozone modeling from 8 of the new power generation sources being permitted
DEQ reports maximum ground level impact of increase of 2.3 ppb ozone of only 4 grid cells out of 5,175 cells evaluated (12x12 km)
Ozone increase was >/= 1 ppb increase in 30 cells
DEQ says all impacts were “within noise” of modeling results
Does not consider future Nox SIP call reductions
