OZONE ATTAINMENT STATUS
Virginia has newly promulgated 8 hour ozone standard of 0.8 ppm (4th highest daily reading from 24 hour daily period).
Instead of only Northern Virginia being in non-attainment area now, this standard would add Roanoke, Richmond, Caroline Co., Madison Co., Tidewater (3 yr avg including 2001)
