15 senior probation and parole officers (CSAC) authorized to expand peer support and relapse prevention. (7 FTE in FY 2001 with the balance FY 2002, 7 already filled).
Two positions to be used as substance abuse clinical supervisors in community corrections for treatment service quality assurance and accountability.
An additional two positions from FY 2002 will also be converted to clinical supervisors, to mirror institutions.
