Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act
Funding allocations to each city and county are formula driven based on such factors as population and types of arrests.
Any additional funding will be distributed based on population changes.
Currently, funding is carried over between years of a biennium, with any funding remaining at the end of the biennium reverting to the General Fund.
