Designate coordinators in CSBs and facilities to work with the Division of Health and Quality Care
Develop a consortium of state agencies, private organizations and universities to further expand the use of telemedicine and telepsychiatry in the Commonwealth of Virginia and to identify research funding and grants that could be used statewide
