Primary Data Collection
- Data will be collected at two-sites.
- To increase the sample size historical data, going back two-years will also be used, if available.
- Data will be collected at intake, discharge, 6- and 12-month post discharge.
- Follow-up telephone interviews will be conducted with inmates.
