Children Not Admitted to Acute Care or Residential Treatment Facilities

HB 887 and SB 426 were enacted in 2002

Legislation requires DMHMRSAS to collect, compile and report certain data, i.e.,

• # licensed and staffed acute inpatient psych beds

• # of licensed and staffed residential treatment beds in facilities licensed by the Department, excluding group homes, and
