SJR 97 and HJR 142 required two different but related studies
1) Develop and recommend ways to implement a “philosophy” and cross-training curriculum for law officers, judges, jail and detention personnel, and mental health providers
2) Explore ways to communicate information about innovative practices among MH and SA treatment providers
