Created preliminary evaluation plan which will:
- Form strategies to improve future program evaluations – answer question “Does it work?”
- Identify costs associated with data collection and conducting outcome evaluations.
- Identify potential federal and other sources of funding for outcome evaluation studies.
This preliminary plan will be refined by evaluation specialists from agencies supporting the inter-Secretariat workgroup, and be more fully developed for the Committee’s final report.
