Uniform Commercial Code; Article 7-Documents of Title. Updates provisions of Article 7 of the Uniform Commercial Code to acknowledge the development of electronic documents of title. Specific measures authorize the reissuance of electronic documents of title in a tangible medium, address when a person has control of an electronic document of title, and address the interaction of Title 7 with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.
