Abandoned vehicles. Provides an expedited mechanism for holders of mechanics' liens on abandoned vehicles which are at least six years old and have a value of $1,000 or less to obtain title to those vehicles after 30 days of continuous possession. NADA book is to be used to establish vehicle value.
