This web site contains information relating to the work of the Commission on Electric Utility Restructuring in overseeing the implementation of the Virginia Electric Utility Restructuring Act. The Restructuring Commission has been established to work collaboratively with the State Corporation Commission in conjunction with the phase-in of retail competition in the generation of electricity in the Commonwealth.
